A trip to Nashville is not complete without stopping by the Loveless Cafe for some country ham and biscuits. These shots are from a recent trip with my younger brother when I was in town for a wedding. Can’t wait for my next stop out there! (shot on Fuji Pro 800z)
Just across the Hudson in Weehawken, NJ, I met Tina and Paul for their engagement shoot and they really couldn’t have chosen a better day to enjoy the Manhattan skyline. I loved that they thought to bring along the hand painted signs Paul made (about where they are from) that will be used at their reception. I’m looking forward to seeing you two in a few weeks for the wedding! (shot on Fuji Pro 400H and Kodak T-MAX 400)
Lindsey, Ryan and I got together a few days before their wedding to do this shoot in Nashville and we had a great time hanging out in the country side. With the wedding being so close, they were all aglow with the excitement of the days to come. A few minutes before this, a crazy storm had come through and left us with a beautiful summer afternoon. Sheena and Corey are probably two of the sweetest people in the world and I was so excited to photograph the wedding after we met for their engagement shoot in Austin. Their wedding was held on a hot day in San Antonio at the McNay Art Museum, but the beautiful ceremony and all of the love surrounding them seemed to make the heat melt away.
Picked these beauts up at the UWS farmer’s market. Stuffed them with a little bit of goat cheese and herbs then sauteed them for a bit. Yummy!
This was my first trip to Martha’s Vineyard and I absolutely fell in love with the island. We had a weekend filled with good friends, lots of relaxing and just enjoying being out of the city for a bit. Many thanks to Paul, our great host for the weekend who showed us the highlights and opened his home to us. There are definitely wheels turning trying to figure out when we can make a return trip! Jen and Scott’s wedding was featured on Once Wed this week, you can check it out here and here to find out some more details about the day. I was so excited for this wedding the first time I met Jen. She has a great eye for detail and did an amazing job making the entire day unique for her and Scott. The ceremony was held in Central Park and then we headed down to Brooklyn for the reception at Frankies Spuntino. All of the beautiful flowers were created by Saipua. And I can’t forget to mention the photo booth… good times had by all! Congrats Jen & Scott!
