These have been a staple in my summer wardrobe this year.
I am a lucky aunt. I’ve got 5 adorable nieces and nephews (and one more on the way!) that I get to hang with when I travel down south. My sister better watch out next time I am in town– I might pack this one up in my suitcase and take her home with me.
Played around with a Mamiya RZ and some Fuji instant film yesterday morning and thought I should take a portrait of the newest member of my camera family. It’s a beauty isn’t it?
I was already a HUGE fan of Toby & Henry’s before they tied the knot, but after witnessing their wedding my affection for them grew immensely. These two made a promise to try and hold hands throughout the entire day (which they did about 95% of the time) and you could tell it really kept them in the moment with each other. I love all of the emotions they expressed during the ceremony and just wanted to post these images today… more to come tomorrow!
All of these are from a short trip to Washintgon state- a little bit in Seattle, but mostly on Orcas Island which is part of the San Juan Islands. All shot on the rollei. And if any jump out at you, you can purchase prints here.
A few shots at dusk in Central Park from the first roll taken on my Rollei. I’ve been wanting to add square format to my shooting for a while now. Really loving the results I’m getting with this camera. Beautiful bokeh!
Nothing can top a delicious blackberry cobbler in the summer time. My sister and I have made this recipe many times and it is always a big hit.
A lazy sunday morning and a trip to the farmers market yielded this delicious bounty. I used the blackberries to make one of my favorite desserts… blackberry cobbler. Photos of that to come soon.
