new orleans

I love the movement in this photograph… it reminds me of the feeling of being in New Orleans. This was my first trip down and to be able to spend it photographing Marissa & Rick’s wedding celebration was an amazing way to see the city. More to come soon…

dreamy ceremony

I am in love with the dreaminess of this ceremony shot taken with my Holga. I need to shoot more holga.

wellwed feature

So excited to have Coutney & Kevin’s Adirondack wedding featured in the latest issue of WellWed New York! This was such a fun wedding to be a part of- it really felt like we were part of the family for the weekend. I’ll post some more of my favorites later this week, but you can also pick it up on newsstands today!

a quiet moment

Love this scan of a polaroid from the end of the night at a recent wedding as the bride & groom stole a quiet moment for themselves. (taken with a Mamiya RZ Pro II and Fuji FP-3000 instant film)

claire + matt

This lovely philadelphia wedding is featured on Snippet & Ink today! Hop on over to see what Claire & Matt had to say about their wedding day.

yijun + xiaomo

I have to apologize for the long post, but I felt like this wedding was so sweet that it needed to be seen from beginning to end. Yijun & Xiaomo let me spend the day with them from getting ready at the Greenwich Hotel, to their ceremony at City Hall and then around to some favorite spots in the city. It was such a beautiful celebration (we missed a huge rain storm by about five minutes!) and I want to wish them many happy years together!

You can view the entire shoot and order prints here.

sneak peek

Check back tomorrow to see more of the adorable bride (who wore these fabulous shoes!) & her groom and their City Hall wedding celebration!

more of toby + henry

toby + henry

I was already a HUGE fan of Toby & Henry’s before they tied the knot, but after witnessing their wedding my affection for them grew┬áimmensely. These two made a promise to try and hold hands throughout the entire day (which they did about 95% of the time) and you could tell it really kept them in the moment with each other. I love all of the emotions they expressed during the ceremony and just wanted to post these images today… more to come tomorrow!

I love the softness of this image. Cameron was such a beautiful bride… more to come from this wedding. Until then, have a happy 4th of July!
