This was the 2nd year that I have been able to shoot the Doss family and it is always such a treat to get to hang out with them… and this year they had a furry addition to the family! Thanks again Doss family for the great shoot!

I met Caitlin a few months ago when we both attended one of the fabulous Sunday Suppers classes and have kept in touch through twitter and her blog (dedicated to good food, good drinks and good friends). A few weeks ago we met up on a beautiful NY summer afternoon to take a few photographs of Caitlin and Billy around the city before they embarked on a move across the country back to their home state of California. New York is definitely sad to see you two go!

Despite not having all of our family in the same city, this may have been one of the best Christmas celebrations we have had because of the little bundle of cuteness that was delivered. A few days before Christmas, my sister gave birth to little Emily and she brought that holiday spirit with her. It was so fun to hold a little one again and seeing the family grow.

This little bundle of cuteness is the newest addition to the family- my new niece! (Affectionately known as Glo Bug.) I was only able to spend a few days with her on my way home from Italy, so I tried to soak up as much time with her as I could. I can’t wait until I am able to see her again!
