Arcade games, palm readings, Nathan’s famous hot dogs, the boardwalk, lots of wind and a subway ride home… I don’t think it could have been a more perfect day!

Can’t wait to see you guys in a few weeks for your wedding!
Anna Russell and Christopher are getting married in a few weeks and we were able to do this shoot at the house where the reception will be held. I can only imagine that this setting is going to look even more amazing on their wedding night. Despite the rainy weather, the shoot was great thanks to Anna Russell and Chris’ great attitudes! Thanks so much for letting me drag you two through the mud and can’t wait to see you in May!

Freshly fallen snow, ear muffs, a plaid scarf, ranunculus… all of these add up to a great engagement shoot with Molly and Matt. We took advantage of the big snow fall from the night before and I’m so glad we did! Molly and Matt, thanks for trudging through the snow with me and I can not wait to capture your wedding day in a few months!

Jon and Chelsea are good friends that got married recently in Telluride, CO. Reid and I went to the wedding as guests and had such an amazing time (I only took my instant cameras along… more to be posted from them later). But about a week before the wedding we got together for a mini unofficial engagement session. Here are some of my faves…

Just before Thanksgiving I was lucky enough to spend one of the final fall days shooting an engagement session in the park. Laura and Rush were super easy to hangout with and the time we spent flew by. I am really looking forward to their wedding next spring in NYC. On to the images…

It was a gorgeous fall day in NYC for Peter and Maryn’s engagement shoot as we strolled through Central Park and were surrounded by beautiful light and the changing leaves. I love shooting at this time of year.

During Cory and Chris’s shoot I wanted to play around with some film, so I brought out the Holga and Contax 645. There is something so beautiful about film straight out of the camera. Here are a few of my faves…
First the holga, it looks so dreamy…

And here are two from the Contax…
